Addicted to.. Instagram!

When I joined Instagram half a year ago, I immediately got obsessed with it. I could spend hours clicking through different accounts and looking at all the new stuff bloggers received, see new designers' collections as soon as they are launched and feel all warm and fuzzy seeing silly photos of bunnies Eddie & Rambo (you should definitely follow @bunnymama!).

Instagram is like a fantasy world for me, full of clothes I can only dream of, places I want to visit and celebrities I've never met. And it's weird how sometimes it makes me feel connected to them. Magical thing this Instagram! :)

I follow a lot of bloggers, fashion magazines, designers and celebrities but here are just some of my favourite fashion IG accounts that are worth following.

@CHIARAFERRAGNI
One of the most popular (and my favourite) fashion blogger shares her passion for travel with her (1.5 million) followers. Since she documents her every move, it feels like we're travelling around the world with her. It never gets boring!

@KRISTINA_BAZAN
Kristina's photos are such an eye candy, since she really puts a lot of effort in making beautiful scenes of gorgeous jewellry and make-up. From collaborations with most famous designers and outfit posts to food porn, her account is really worth following.

@LAURENCONRAD_COM
If you like sweet things, DIYs and pastels than you should start following Lauren Conrad's page. From cute manicures to home decor, you can get a lot of ideas and inspiration from it.

@BLAIREADIEBEE
Author of well-known blog Atlantic-Pacific always gives me some inspiration on how to wear a dress in a totally new way, how to work the hat or wear an arm party right. Very colorful and very chic.

@MIRADUMA
If you want an exclusive insights into the catwalks, fancy dinners with famous designers and sneek peaks into new collections, Miroslava's account is the perfect place for you. Her videos really make you feel like you're sitting at Chanel's front row next to her!

@LENAPERMINOVA
Mira's bestie Elena Perminova, who also happens to be russian fashion icon, wife of a billionaire and a mother (total milf actually) of two boys proves that she can do it all. Seeing her in stunning designers' gowns will take your breath away. Not to speak of her bikini photoshootings..

@VOGUEMAGAZINE
If you're addicted to fashion then Vogue magazine should be first account to follow. You'll find photos of front rows' celebrities, must haves of the season, models on duty, models off duty and lots more.

@CHRISELLELIM
I like Chriselle since she doesn't post only outfit looks, but also gives her followers a lot of advice. You can learn how to transform your daily outfit into evening one or see how to wear a skirt in three different ways. Very sleek and very chic.

And last but not least.. my own Instagram account! :) If you like fashion, nature and good food I assure you, you're gonna like it! So feel free to follow me on @KAJAFLISAR.

Tartan Is The New Black

Bloggers know it, celebrities know it, I know it, you know it.. everyone knows that tartan is the biggest trend for fall! After being popular in 2009/10, this criss-crossed pattern is back in a big way! From scarfs to flannel shirts, skirts, pants, blazers, to had-to-toe looks, tartan has never been more versatile. There are really plenty of options, since it's a print that can adopt to every look. I made three collages with different tartan pieces for different occasions. I hope you'll get some inspiration and will see for yourself that tartan really is the new black!

BUSINESS MEETING

Tartan pencil skirt can be perfect for your office attire. Combine it with black blouse and tailored blazer to look more official and wear classic pumps for a touch of elegance. Classic navy Chanel bag gives the whole outfit more modern and chic look. Take a look at how other bloggers combined it.

WALK AROUND THE CITY

Put on tartan pants for more casual look. They can be perfect for a walk around the city or lunch with your friends. Crop top and leather jacket give an outfit more edgy look but heeled lace-up booties still keep it chic and modern. For a final touch add a satchel bag in the color of your pants.

EASY SUNDAY

Put on a comfy flannel shirt for an easy sunday. You can wear it tucked into your pants or just tie it around your waist. It will look great in combination with leather pants and a white tee. Add a bracelet and studded boots for an edgy look.

So, have I convinced you that tartan really is a must-have trend? Let me know if you like it and how would YOU style it!

Fall Bags Wishlist

Some say You can never have enough shoes, but I say You can never have enough bags! I've been crazy about them since I remember and I feel like I need a new one every season. I always invest in more expensive, good quality bags, so I can wear them for a really long time.

Classic Chanel 2.55 still remains my biggest wish, but these four are my favourite from this fall's collections. Which one do you like the most - cute Burberry pouch with little hearts, small Chanel cross body bag, beautiful Michael Kors Selma satchel or Kate Spade Beau bag with a pop of leopard?

Fashion Month's Favourites

Fashion month is over and is time to sum up all the shows and choose favourites. A lot of collections were so stunning that I cannot choose only one winner, but four! Here they are:

BURBERRY PRORSUM
My most times favourite! When I watch the show I think to myself that it cannot get any better, but Christopher Bailey proves me wrong every time. At LFW he blowned me away with very soft feminine pastels. I mean, how can it get better than this?

DOLCE & GABBANA
Another oh-so-great show. All those embroided flowers, feminine silhouettes, a little bit of dots, a little bit of fur and leather.. the collection is full of romance and I just love every piece of it.

CHANEL
Rainbows at Chanel fashion show? Say what?! I cannot believe that all those bold colors displaced its traditional b&w looks. This really is something new, since we are used to see Chanel only in, more or less, neutral colors. Another proof that change can be (really) good.

MICHAEL KORS
Usually I'm not a big MK fan, but this time his collection really impressed me. I love all those high waisted skirts with thin belts (do you see the way they are tied? So cool!), flowery patterns and light fabric. Do I even have to mention bags?

Now I want to know which are your favourite collections. Let me know in the comments below.
