DIYs To Try This Weekend

There are times when you get so bored, you don't know what to do with yourself and with your time. If this happens to you this weekend, you can either a) oversleep your boredom, b) stare at the ceiling and hope it passes quickly or c) do something creative. If you've chosen the latter then I have some suggestions for you. I've gathered some of my favourite DIY projects that are very fun and easy to do. Take a look at them and maybe you find some interesting to try do during the weekend (and if not - at least 10 minutes of your boredom have passed).

Addicted to.. Bloglovin'!

Three years ago I came across my first fashion blog - it was Chiara Ferragni's The Blonde Salad. Back then I didn't know much about blogging and the bloggers community so all of that felt like a whole new magical world has opened for me. One by one I started discovering new blogs and after some time there were so many good ones that I began having problems following them all. 

 

At first I would save them in the Google bookmark bar (which wasn't very convenient to say at least), but then I've discovered Bloglovin' - a website where you can save all of your favourite blogs in one place. It helps you see all the latest posts from the blogs you follow and also sends you daily or weekly (or both) email notifications. This way you don't have to visit each blog individually but have a clear overview of the latest posts and click only the ones you find interesting. It looks like this:

 
With the help of Bloglovin' you can also search and explore blogs, arranged in different categories and save them into collections. If you really like specific post, you can like it and share it directly on your social media. At the time writting I've counted all the blogs I follow and the number is seriously overwhelming.. I'm following 77 blogs! Now you know why such a title..

Anyways, it's a great site for all of you who follow a lot of blogs (I wonder if you beat me?!) or want to discover new ones. Go ahead and try it! And of course, don't forget to FOLLOW Fashion Party blog! ;)

Valentine's day has always been a great excuse for me to update my lingerie collection with some new gorgeous pieces. Wearing something beautiful and sexy under your clothes will make you feel good and I'm sure your significant other will no doubt appreciate it if you spice up your undergarments. Beginning of a new year is a great way to reflect on the life you're living. While thinking about where I see my life going this year and figuring out future plans I realized I take life too serious. We all do. We're so busy working and putting all the energy into building careers that along the way we forget to live. We forget on the little things that make us smile everyday, we forget to take care of ourselves and we forget that at the end, our happiness is the only thing that really matters. So with these thoughts in mind I walked into a fresh year, dedicated that I'll take time for myself, do things that make me happy, be brave and take chances. And if I fail, I'll pick myself up and go toward a new challenge. At the end.. You Only Live Once! ;)

So January was all about doing what I love, which means:

.. taking selfies and enjoying pretty little girly things

 

.. reading Vogue and trying out new makeup

 

 

.. spending time with friends and discovering new eating spots in town

 

.. taking adventures and building (tea) castles in the sky.

Valentine's day is approaching with top speed and even though I advocate old-skul type of gifts, like a handwritten note and a bouquet of flowers, it's still nice to sometimes surprise your better half with little something that she wants.. and have been giving you clear signals about it through the whole year. Now for those guys that can recognize the signals - problem solved. But for those that have no idea what I'm talking about right now, here's a gift guide that can help you choose a gift for your better half.
